Today I started an experiment and see if I would be more happy by minimizing referencing numbers, dates, times, or anything numerical. Reason I started this challenge is because I noticed how much of an influence numbers play in my life, from what time I need to wake, how long I need to meditate, by what time do I need to leave the house, how much money should I have in my pocket, what is the time of my home visit, what is the address of the visit, and on and on. I am admittedly not doing well. I notice myself glancing at my watch automatically. I will continue to work on it and report back.
